feat: scriptable script + /ingest endpoint + smoothie recipe

- POST /ingest endpoint for Apple Health vitals (src/ingest.rs)
- GET /scriptable/health-sync.js for phone download
- recipes/daily-smoothie.json — Atrdeus's daily smoothie with barcodes
- Scriptable script reads HealthKit and POSTs to /ingest
